In 2023, Mill Bridge Farm put their Guernsey girls to work, and launched a long dreamed of ricotta cheese business. We sell fresh ricotta, whipped ricotta, and our famous cannoli!

We have Italian Americans from Boston, New York, and beyond tell us our cannoli are the best they have ever tasted. The only ingredients in our cannoli cream are fresh ricotta and just the right amount of sugar. Perfect!
